pregnant and dress dilemma!!!!?

I’m attending two important nights out in December and will be roughly 22 weeks pregnant then, i am looking for a dress, pref knee length or above, if short i’m going to wear footless tights as the first night out is the opening of my husbands friend’s nightclub so it has to be quite modern. It doesn’t have to be maternity, pref not so i can wear it again, I have been looking for a trapeze style dress, bubble hem dress etc to skim my belly, I’m in the UK, thanks for any help, I’m getting desperate!!! xxxx
