Maternity Bras and Briefs’

Underwear is the most important. You may need to buy your self a maternity bra only during and after the 5th month. Maternity bras offer you the extra support and strength you will require as the months progress. Briefs can be both under the belly and over the belly to suit your preferences. Sleepwear

During pregnancy the more sleep you get the better it is for you and your baby and what better way to help you with this is great sleepwear. Soft PJ’s or pretty nighties what ever suits you the best is something every new mommy to be should have in her wardrobe.

Swimwear

Exercise is good for the baby and you too. Swimming is said to be the best form of exercise for expecting mothers as it is the least dangerous but has all the benefits of a good workout. Your regular swim wear is of no use even if it is a bikini as the first changes you will notice is the change in your breast size. You can experiment with a one piece, tankini, bikini or even swim shorts for utmost comfort.
