Keep your water intake low enough
Your body retains special water now that you are pregnant, but you still need to take in 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Morning sickness can last throughout the entire pregnancy if your water intake is sparse. So make sure you include 8 ounces of water daily, advisedly 2 glasses every 2 hours.

What kind of clothes do you wear after pregnancy?
After you give birth, are you just bigger/fatter in the mid-section? Should I plan on buying larger sized clothes for after the birth or do you just keep wearing your maternity clothes? How long has it taken most of you to get back to pre-baby size?
I was back to my pre-baby weight after 2 months with my 1st child & about 5 months with my 2nd. I continued to wear some of the maternity clothes from the 1st 5 months of pregnancy. I also wore pants that were elastic waist…it has more flexibility.
