As a Seller on Ebay, have you ever been scammed by a buyer?
I was in the middle of a paypal dispute with a customer. She said she didnt rcve a dress that was part of a maternity lot that I shipped her and that the other items in the lot were not what was listed in the auction. She DID recieve the dress and even mentioned it in the first email she sent me also the clothes I sent her were in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Paypal refunded her the money out of my account upon getting delivery confirmation that she had shipped the items back ot me. The problem is that she shipped me back a couple of stained and torn tshirts that are not even close to the items originally sent to her.
Have you had anything similar happen? and did Ebay or Paypal help you at all or did they side with the other party?
Unfortunately Paypal alway’s take side of buyer not seller. But you can mail paypal and ebay with your points as well as all detailed conversation made between you and buyer. And pray to got to every thing goes ok.
