What color would you match with this light green dress?
I’m headed to a wedding this weekend and bought this dress. I would like to know:

(1) Is this type of dress appropriate for an evening (6 p.m.) wedding and reception?
(2) What color shoes and shoulder wrap would you wear with it?
I am 25 weeks pregnant and did NOT want to spend a lot of $$$ on something that I would only wear once. Being pregnant, there aren’t too many options at the maternity store (and I don’t like to order clothes online because the fit is always wonky). SSOOOOO…..this was the best I could find last weekend.

I love matching colors and designs to make the perfect outfit, so of course I’ll give you my ideas on the dress.
First of all, I really love the dress. It’s really pretty, and the green, a sort of sage, light forest green, is totally cute :3
I love the way it twists around the waist, and the sleeves are really nice too. The length is great, too.
This dress is really, really beautiful. It’s perfect for a wedding, afternoon or evening. It would actually fit more in the afternoon, but wearing in the evening is a big fashion statement and even though I don’t know you, I’m really sure you can pull it off. It doesn’t take that much, and if I were you, I’d put it on right away! Trust me!
Shoes? Hmm . . .
I think you could go with brown sandals. That would for sure look good, since green always looks pretty with a deep chocolate brown.
Of course, you could also get white ones. Or black ones. White and black are perfect with anything! If you want my opinion, I think white is better then black ~ but it’s your opinion!
Pink wouldn’t go with dress, since pink and green is more, like, little girl. Green and pink do match, but also, pink often doesn’t look nice on shoes.
Look at the ones the model is wearing on the link. That color is perfect! It’s a bit orangey brownish at the bottom with a lighter, maybe peachy, color at the top. It’ll look really nice!
For a shoulder wrap, do not choose chocolate brown. It will take away from the effect of the dress!
Light brown will be pretty, like a bit peachy.
White will also, and for a shoulder wrap, a very light, very very light pink will look nice too. But that pink should match with white shoes.

Don't worry! After you use it at the wedding, you can keep it if you get pregnant a second time, and lend it to your friends when they're pregnant. Or, you could give it away.
