Stars

Well, for the t-shirt, it depends on how many you need. It’d probably be cheaper just to go to a local craft store and made some.
With moon and stars theme, you can probably modify some traditional baby shower games, such as measuring the belly. Instead of using yarn, you can print out some stars and ask people to guess how many stars it is to go round the belly.
Other ideas, you can ask people to write their wishes and any messages for the baby in pre-printed blue stars. That’d be a good baby book material.
