Baby shower invitation wording help?
I’d like to host my cousin’s baby shower at a restaurant since my house is just too small. I’m thinking there will be about 20-30 people. Since it will most likely be held at a restaurant, won’t the restaurant expect us to eat there? If that is the case, I feel obligated to purchase meals for everyone even though I can’t afford it. A friend suggested writing on the invitation we are going out to lunch for my cousin’s shower and they need to pay for themselves, but how do I word that nicely?
