Binaural recordings can be used as an effective aid to treating sleep disorders. They work by producing two different binaural beat frequencies, one in each ear. The brain compensates for the two beats by tuning into the difference between the two frequencies. Binaural tracks can be tailored to intentionally produce brainwave frequencies that can induce states that are ideally conducive to relaxation and sleepiness.

For example, you can listen to binaural audio recordings that will tune your brain to the Alpha frequency, which is the frequency that produces that drowsy, relaxed state we naturally experience right before we fall asleep.

Using binaural audio tracks is a safe and natural way to “train your brain” to block out external stimulation and pre-sleep restlessness and calm the mind so that you can achieve a state of relaxation and put you in a state of drowsy sleepiness that will enable you to fall right to sleep and stay sound asleep.

Many people with sleep disorders turn to sleeping pills in order to induce pre-sleep drowsiness. While these may produce some short-term solutions, they don’t provide a long-term approach to naturally develop better sleeping patterns that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Binaural recordings offer a safe, “chemical-free” approach to treating sleep disorders that will actually help you to train yourself to fall asleep naturally, and without any unpleasant side effects.

In order to use a binaural recordings to help you get to sleep, play a relaxing audio track that has been designed to induce a state of relaxation and pre-sleep drowsiness. The best time to do so is right at bedtime. Make sure to use headphones in order to properly achieve the binaural beat effect.

Using binaural recordings is a great way to reach a meditative state of relaxation and to naturally quiet the mind. The audio tracks are relaxing, meditative musical compositions or soothing sounds of nature, and are very pleasant to listen to. As such, they can not only help heal your sleeping disorder, but also help calm your mind during your waking hours and eliminate the stresses of everyday life.

The best way to learn about the power of binaural recordings is to simply experience them for yourself and discover their many benefits. Follow this link to my favorite source where you can obtain sample binaural audio tracks and give it them a try! Visit http://www.binauralstimulation.info

For a boy, I really like Eli (or Elijah and call him Eli), Lucas (with the nickname Luke is cute), and Nolan. Maybe Nolan Isaiah, Elijah David, or Lucas Jeffrey. For a girl, I think that Ivy, Tara (not with the ‘e’), and Lyric are nice. I also like Lyra…was just in a movie I saw and I liked it. Maybe Ivy Danielle, Tara Elizabeth, or Lyric (Lyra) Mae.
