It’s actually light neon blue…but i think baby doll tops make you look bigger than you actually are and don’t really show off your figure. Do you think it would look ok if i hemmed it and make it tighter?

but yes, hemming will probably solve the problem. i never buy baby dolls anymore because they do make you look bigger.
