My aunt told me yesterday that u don’t have a baby shower for a 2nd pregnancy unless u are having a different sex. Is this true? U still need stuff for the 2nd baby, and what if it is born a different part of the year from your other child, even if it is the same sex most of the clothes won’t fit it. Just curious what your opinion is.
I’m not pregnant, I’m throwing my friend a shower she is pregnant with her 2nd son. My aunt however, has 2 boys and had a shower for both, so I’m not really sure where she is coming from, and I wouldn’t dream of throwing myself a shower and I don’t want a shower just for the gifts! Like I said, for one I’m not even pregnant.

Every baby is different, why wouldn’t you have a another baby shower? Same sex or not! That’s a ridiculous notion.
